Your files
You send us files to print. We keep them only as long as your order needs them: an order you don't send is deleted a day after you last use it; an unpaid order is deleted at closing the next business day; we delete your files at the end of the day your order prints, or the day you pick up Press Prints. You can delete them yourself once your order has printed. Counter staff cannot view your documents.
Your order
We keep a record of each order (what was printed, how many pages, the price, how you paid, and when) for our accounts and to answer questions about it. It never includes your file names or what your pages say.
At the counter
For Press Prints pickup, the clerk asks for your name and phone number, to find your order when you come back. We keep them so we can find you next time. We never send you marketing.
Our site
We use cookies only to keep your order open on your phone and to start it from a link we sent you. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics. Our server logs which pages were asked for, with part of your internet address and your browser's name, for 90 days, to fix problems. We don't track you across other sites, so Do Not Track settings change nothing here.
Who else
Our site runs on a rented server (DigitalOcean), where your files sit until they're deleted. Payment is taken at the counter, never on this site. We don't sell or share your information.
